Does a recording of George Orwell's voice exist?

I am positive I once listened to a recording of George Orwell's voice but I cannot find it anywhere. Am I mistaken?

I can find many sites that claim no audio recordings of Orwell's voice have ever been found. However, I am certain that I heard -- most likely on a podcast -- a scratchy, poor quality of Orwell, talking about Animal Farm. The person who introduced the clip even remarked about his received-pronunciation accent. This would have been in the last two or three years and therefore I think perhaps the recording was recently discovered. (I could of course be mistaken but it's so clear in my mind.)

BBC tried to take George Orwell off air because of 'unattractive' voice. According to this article, no recording of Orwell's voice exists today.

I have heard several instances of voice actors portraying Orwell, reading excerpts from his essays (with scratchy sound effects added to make them sound old-timey). Maybe you're thinking of one of those?

I don't think his voice exists anywhere, but it seems there's a silent video from 1921 of some obscure sports game at Eton that has Orwell in it, see here or here. (Possible NSFW warning, the first link shows a young topless Arnold Schwarzenegger.)
