What's the publication with the fun headshots?

There's a magazine or newspaper that famously includes a scrapeboard (or b&w pointillism? Or similar?) rendering of author headshots in the byline. I'm blanking on what publication it and my typically fantastic Google-fu has nothing.
Guest writers have posted their pictures on social media because there's a real person doing the artwork, it's not just Photoshop. I believe there was an FPP about the process.
I thought it was The New Yorker but if it is they apparently don't do that anymore and I'm using the wrong words to describe it in my searches.

Response by poster: There it is. The Journal with stippling.
Thank you for the answer and the fact that I'll be able to fall asleep tonight.
