Getting a company to submit FSA receipt

I bought glasses and they broke. I was eligible for a replacement in a different year which I had to pay for. They are not giving me documentation that my FSA provider will accept. How can I force them to give me the documentation I need?

I bought glasses from Eye Buy Direct last year. The frames broke. They offer a one-time replacement if the product breaks due to manufacturer defect. They approved it, but no longer had the same frames so I had to pick new ones. The new glasses were an additional cost. Their automatically generated invoice still lists last year's date. They are refusing to sign my FSA reimbursement claim form or give me an invoice with a 2020 date of purchase. What are my options?

The company is based in Austin, TX. Should I register a complaint with the BBB? I already threatened to complain on social media that they aren't FSA friendly. They didn't care about that.

Dispute the credit card charge.
