Rheumatologist recommendation in the Minneapolis area

Inspired by the person in NYC, I also need a new rheumatologist. Snowflake details below.

I have an unusual version of what seems to be rheumatoid arthritis which includes a need for an unusual flare protocol - I cannot tolerate steroids, but improve with a particular antibiotic. My former rheumatologist refused to prescribe this for me, stating that "It's not a rheumatological medication" and was unmoved when I argued that any medication that treats a rheumatological condition is a rheumatological medication, and also since she's a doctor she could prescribe birth control or antidepressants if she were so inclined, both of which could be appropriate for RA. Long story short, I fired her, and now I need a new rheumatologist.

My criteria:

I live in South Minneapolis. I have a car and can get anywhere in the greater metro area, but closer is better as I work full time.

This person must be up for unusual approaches. As stated, I have an unusual flare protocol, but I've also infected myself with parasites (worked great but too expensive to maintain), I'm up for diet altering treatments, vitamins, that kind of thing - this doctor needs to be up for experimental treatments as well as the traditional kind.

They must also be cool with that I am getting pain care. You'd think this would be a given, but apparently it is not.

I'm a lesbian. This person has to be cool with that, and I would absolutely prefer a provider who is part of my community. They also need to not fat-shame me.

My insurance is Medica Passport.

If you'd rather memail me, that's fine.
