Where can I buy these colorful leather-like boots/shoes?

I saw these amazing boots recently, and fell in love and took a photo, but the person wearing them couldn't remember where they came from. Brown leather or leather-like material, intricate flower pattern, lots of interesting topstitch detail, and a colorful felt wool cuff.
The closest I've found is a brand called Socofy. Their shoes look fabulous, but I placed an order a month ago and it still hasn't shipped (from China), and there's some sketchy-sounding reviews, so they may be an elaborate scam/knockoff site.
Where can I get colorful/patterned shoes like this? I'm in the U.S.

Yeah, look at these others from Rieker—the build of the boot is identical.

They're not quite as intense about it, but Pikolinos definitely makes some colorful/patterned shoes. I'd check out their sandals, especially.

They also remind me of Joseph Seibel. I think they have some boots with similar colorful knit cuffs.
