I want a Galaxy Note, should I buy it now or wait until after Unpacked?

I want to buy a Galaxy Note 10 (probably 10+). They are currently on sale on Samsung.ca for $200 less than their regular price. Will they get cheaper after Galaxy Unpacked?
It seems unlikely that an updated to the Note line is coming in that announcement, as Note announcements seem to come in August and the 10s are only a few months old. But does Unpacked result in price adjustments for other things in the Galaxy line, or can I assume the Note will cost as much after Unpacked as it does before it, making this sale my best chance to get it more cheaply?

I'm a Note user, though I use a dual sim model. I don't think Tuesday's Unpacked event will affect Note pricing.
Since you're in Canada, have you checked out PDAPlaza? They often have the best prices on Samsung phones.

Response by poster: How are they able to sell these things hundreds of dollars cheaper than Samsung -- or anyone else -- sells them for? Are they legitimate?

I bought my Note 8 from them and it seemed legit to me. I am still using the phone. Don't think it's a counterfeit.
They give you a shorter warranty unless you pay for longer and you cannot bring a broken one to Samsung Canada. They will not fix it under warranty. I brought mine there and they said each country only services phones bought sold in that country. Though PDA Plaza is in Canada, the models they are selling are not the same as Samsung Canada. Samsung Canada does not sell dual sim models, for instance.
The Note is manufactured with two different chipsets depending on where you are in the world. Here in North America, they have Qualcomm Snapdragon chips. In Asia (and maybe elsewhere) they have Exynos. So, when you buy from PDA Plaza, google the part number (for instance the one they have now for $900 is an SM-9750 DS so googling that you get this page. Search there for chipset and see that it's the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, which is the same chipset in the phone that Samsung Canada sells).
The only issue (besides warranty) with buying phones meant for the non-North American market is that they will not have the right wallplug, so you just spend another $20 and buy one locally. The cable still works fine, just the plug interface is different outside NA.
Another good seller is on eBay: Never_MSRP. I bought my Note 5 and 7 from him and they were excellent. However, you may get hit with customs charges as he's in Texas (I buy from him when in USA and PDA Plaza when in Canada.) But just make sure you look at the listing and go to "Processor" or "chipset" in the description. Exynos and Qualcomm. He sells both. Get Qualcomm.
PDA Plaza sometimes has a longer window for shipping so check the description before checking out. They shorten it if you buy the extra warranty.
