TV show with cursed music scene of Arthur's Theme vs cardboard WTC

Post 9/11, a sitcom I was watching had a scene where the characters from the show were in a bar (?) doing a skit/dance to Arthur's theme (Best That You Can Do).
The song's chorus has a line about being caught between the moon and New York City. As far as I can recall the characters were just waving around a cardboard moon on a stick, and a cardboard silhouette of the New York skyline.
This haunts me to this day. This would have been around 2002 - 2003, but I'm assuming the show was from pre 9/11. New Zealand media ran on a lag to the rest of the world so it could have been from the early 1990s or 80s. What was the show? (Things I was watching around this time - Scrubs, Drew Carey Show, Spin City, Just Shoot Me)

The song was in an episode of Glee in 2015 but I don’t know if cardboard props were involved.

mccxxii, reversing video often defeats the automated DMCA takedown algorithms that copyright holders use to remove content from video hosting sites. I can't help find this forgotten episode, but it sounds terrible/amazing. Who doesn't love Christopher Cross?

From your description I was going to suggest the Will & Grace episode you posted. Are you saying that's not it?
