Is there a reverse nutrition database app or website?

I'm trying to count calories lately and often find myself with a certain number of calories left in my budget and no lunch ideas. Is there someplace out there where I can put in how many calories I want to eat and it spits out common things I can order/get at the store?

Like I say "I want something under 600 calories and over 20 grams of protein" and it will say "Yeah, go order a wendy's chicken and a small fries" or "go get a tuna snack pack at the store".

I think Cronometer has this as a paid feature. It's called the Oracle.
