Identify this sound poem: dialing the number of nobody at home

I've got this sound poem or tape loop music piece stuck in my head, which I remember as a male voice repeating the phrase "I'm dialing the number of nobody at home." It probably dates back to the 80s or earlier. It seems like a Charles Amirkhanian kind of thing but I haven't been able to identify it.

Was it I Am Sitting In a Room? Not the right text but the first example of tape loop sound art that I'm aware of.
