Gift certificate on Linio (S. American online retailer)?

Spanish-speaking MeFites - I'm trying to buy a gift certificate on Linio for a colleague overseas. I don't speak Spanish but I can get by using a combination of GT and general web savvy, but but I'm not finding the option anywhere. Am I missing something, or are gift certificates not a thing here?

For what it's worth, their page on forms of payment they accept doesn't say anything about gift cards, and is pretty detailed otherwise. That's not a clear "no," but it makes me think the answer is likely to be "no."
