Help me identify a half-remembered Argentinian film

Trying to identify an Argentinian film I studied in film class. Maybe about some young women that take a road trip from the city to a small town...

Things I remember:

It was definitely an Argentinian film, or at least it was set in Argentina. Was definitely made sometime before 2011, which is when I took the class. I'm pretty certain it was from the 2000s.

The main character is a young woman who fits the 'Fat Girl', 'Fat Best Friend' trope, and she has long black hair.

The other main characters were girls/women too, and I think they might have been her sisters or cousins or best friends. I think the director may have been a woman.

I think it might have involved them taking a road trip to a town where they spent their summer vacations, or to go and visit someone. Definitely involves them travelling from the city to a small town and staying in a house in the small town, maybe with somebody's grandma or aunt.

At one point in the movie, the main character is in somebody's house, somebody she has just met, and she asks them if they have any biscuits.

At another point, I think they are having a sleepover and telling stories, and the main character tells a story about when she was in school and soiled herself.

It can't be that obscure because I got it on DVD from the library, but I'm not having any luck googling.

Also, I believe one of the other films on the course was Hola, ¿estás sola? by Iciar Bollaín, so maybe the course was based around films involving road trips. Having no luck searching for the course syllabus or anything like that...

Best answer: Was it Tan de repente / Suddenly?

There is also a good overview of Latin American road movies here (Google books link).
