Let's play a music game. I'll list some musicians I've been enjoying lately, and you respond with some Spanish-language artists I'm likely to enjoy.

Panic! At the Disco
Harry Styles
Grandson
Sufjan Stevens
Catfish and the Bottlemen
Years and Years
Neon Trees
Hozier
Rostam/Vampire Weekend
Shawn Mendes
Fall Out Boy
Walk the Moon
James Bay

Best answer: In the HAIM/Vampire Weekend zone I'd ID Kanaku y El Tigre, especially Si Te Mueres Mañana, and Little Jesus, especially Azul.
* Walk the Moon/nu!Fall Out Boy --> Belanova, especially Nada Es Igual

Best answer: Based on Sufjan, Rostam, St. Vincent, Mitsky, and LDR, I'd highly recommend Helado Negro. Some of his newer music does also include some lyrics in English, but most of it is in Español.

Other favorite bands who sing in Spanish that I think you'll dig, based on the above list:

Balún
Divino Niño
Algodón Egipcio
