Holiday wellness and beauty projects

I'm wondering what kind of health and beauty goals I can accomplish in the week between Christmas and New Year's. I heard it's a good time to get a chemical peel if you're not going to the office. Anyone have any ideas? Colonics? Detoxes? Botox type treatments?
Laser treatment if you have issues with redness or rosacea. You swell up for a few days afterwards.

Response by poster: Ok maybe "wellness" and "health" are misleading terms. I don't care if the treatments are vain or a bad idea. If there's a Groupon for it and it can be done in a week let's hear it!

If you've been wanting to try keto, a week off would be entirely adequate to deal with any initial "flu" symptoms and learn about electrolyte management, test some recipes, and generally settle into the beginnings of a new routine.

Here would be some things I might consider if I were not so lazy and/or frugal:
-Get my eyebrows professionally shaped and learn how to do them myself
-See a professional clothing stylist to make my wardrobe simpler and more stylish so I don't have to think about what I wear
-Teeth whitening
-Go see a good esthetician and get a facial with product recommendations

I've never had any problem going into the office the next day (or even later the same day) after Botox. IME, BBL can make you a little swollen for a couple of days, but if you do it on a Friday you'll be fine (or close enough) by Monday. If your goal is to make the most of the downtime, I'd pick something harder-core, like Fraxel or a peel.

Take a break from nail polish for a few days or use a polish that promotes nail growth
Hair deep conditioning masks (the kind that you leave on for hours with a shower cap over)
Heavily moisturize hands and feet, then wear socks and gloves over them for a few hours
Try new eyeshadow blending or other makeup techniques
Test longevity or waterproofness of a new makeup product
Yes, chemical peels - it takes a few days for your skin to recover, and you may have peeling or flakes
