Hope with a pop culture theme for a work gift

Every year, I give my team at work a pop culture-themed gift to thank them for being awesome. My plan for this year won't work for political reasons, and I'm struggling to think of another idea. Please hope me, Metafilter!
I planned a "2 Legit 2 Quit" themed gift this year, but our larger department had about half its staff quit while my team remained unscathed -- so for obvious political reasons, I'm going to have to hang on to that idea for another year. Here are examples of other gift themes from past years:
Project Runway: [Team name] project managers make it work
The A-Team: [Team name] project managers love it when a plan comes together
My team is fun and absolutely amazing at what they do, so I want a theme that has the same vibe. I did some searching, but if I missed a past thread that covers this, please point me that way.
