Does anyone have any experience purchasing Amazon Renewed, specifically a Dell laptop?

Yes. I bought 2. one for my wife and one for my kid. Both were clean, as described, worked fine and had zero issues. I also bought square trade for both. If the device meets your needs and you like the price i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Yes, I've bought tablets through the program. One tablet had a minor screen issue, but I was able to get it replaced no problem. Overall, I was super happy to get a good price on basically new hardware.

I've bought both a tablet and a Chromebook this way! No problems with either. And much cheaper, both saved me a lot of money. I'd do it again with no hesitation.

I bought an iphone from Amazon refurb, for about half the price of new. It worked great for a month, then died entirely. Amazon refunded me without hassle, and I bought a brand new one instead.
