Expense tracking app (iOS), manual and local?

I'm looking for an expense tracking app that's fully functional in airplane mode (doesn't require a non-local user account or integration with any external accounts/cards) and lets the user both define their own expense categories and eliminate any pre-existing categories.

I use CashTrails+ on iOS and have for 5+ years. Does the very few things I need it to, and none of the things I don't. You can use tags as categories, and you can hide/eliminate pretty much every categorizing function you don't want.

I've used iXpenseIt for a long while. It works great.
