Recommendation for a resume-writing expert for a copywriter?

I'm in the middle of a job search that's taking way too long (digital copywriter/ACD, NYC metro area). I've been told by a recruiter that my resume needs work. I think I need to work with a pro on this. Can anyone recommend a good one?

The recruiter said that I need to "beef up" the experience section of my portfolio -- that it's very "empty."

She's right-- it just lists the agencies where I worked and the clients I worked for. That's because my agencies/clients sound more impressive than the work I've actually done. I haven't really supervised anyone, and other than awards, I don't have any specific results (i.e., financial numbers).

But I'm happy with the work I've done, and my clients have been, too. I'd like to work with someone to put my experience in the best possible light. (I also need to make it more ATS-complient -- i.e., readable by computerized resume filters)

Thanks for your help.

when i was doing a ton of freelance and contract work, my recruiter had me switch my resume to a skills-based format, and it made a HUGE difference in the amount of interest i received.
