What was that cartoon where everybody was carrying their partner?

A street scene populated by double figures, each carrying her partner on her shoulders. The female is carrying the male in every case except one of the two approaching each other in the foreground, about which the woman in the other is saying "Now there's a relationship that's working!"

It was probably a New Yorker cartoon; if so when and who's the artist?

Best answer: "Now there's a relationship that's working!" - New Yorker Cartoon By Mick Stevens.

Published July 28, 2003 "Now there's a relationship that's working!" Woman carrying her husband on shoulders comments on husband carrying his wife in the same manner.

Response by poster: The very one, though not as detailed as my memory. Thanks!
