Good apps/tips for mood boards

I would like to start making mood boards (that I can post on IG or wherever I decide) of different fashion, aesthetic and culture related things. How do I start? What apps are good for this to make it work physically? Any good apps to help creatively? Any tips? If someone does this, can you run through what you use to create the final product you want?

Canva is easy & free to use (unless you want to purchase their stock images/designs)

One of my coworkers just told me about Milanote and it looks like they're another good free tool for mood boards. I haven't had a chance to try it out too much yet, but it looks like it's got a lot of great options.

If you use a Mac, I'm a big fan of Inboard because you can keep your moodboards locally.
