What are the best YouTube channels for at-home strength training?

I'm looking for your recommendations on the best YouTube channels for at-home strength training.

I can dedicate three days per week and typically up to 45 min a session. I'm interested in the preventive benefits from strength training for aging and osteoporosis and for general health. A few of the Fitness Blender workouts have worked well so far.

What are some of your favorite, effective strength training workout channels?

As for at home equipment, I have:

20 pound dumbbells (2)
15 pound dumbbells (2)
8 pound dumbbells (2)
Assorted elastic stretch/resistance bands

I am female, early 40s, and have about 20 pounds to lose. I'm working my nutrition separately.

Thank you in advance!

I'm not sure this channel has entire workouts, but it might. I've just seen a few targeted videos where she's focusing on certain areas. But it's worth a look.

She's on instagram but I really like Sahara Fit. Her workouts are in the gym, but she uses dumbbells and resistance bands in addition to machines and barbells. She's really good at showing how to do the exercises and explaining how and why they work.

Antranik is pretty good, he's affiliated with r/bodyweightfitness and has a lot of good routines/progressions and specific exercise cues, stuff that can be done without a gym.
