Do you put the same head shot on composite card as your 8 by 10 photo?

I have a head shot that is an 8 by 10 for a talent agency. It is for modeling and acting, but now I am preparing a composite card. I have four photos on one side and plan to put my head shot on the other side.
Do people normally put the exact same head shot that they used for their 8 by 10 photo...on the one side of their composite card? Or do they put a different head shot for variety?
Thanks

I think it would be considered standard to put your main headshot on the back of the comp card, and then have all the variations on the other side. Variety is a great aim, but what if the person looking at the comp card has never seen your 8x10 headshot? This would also be a great question to ask your agent, and see if they have a preference.
Also, it could depend on about who you are distributing these cards to. Do they need to be introduced to you? Or do they already know your work, and want to see more variety? I think using your main headshot is a safe bet. That said, you won't be breaking any rules if you tailor the card to the audience you're advertising to!
