Mens' polo shirt w/ different color collar in a particular color combo?

I am curious if anyone is selling a short-sleved mens' polo shirt in US size 2XL, primarily blue (anything from Royal through Cobalt, or even as dark as Navy), but with the collar (and possibly the cuffs) a golden yellow. No points for guessing which nearly defunct video rental chain's uniform I'm trying to recreate.

(The worst part is supposedly, somewhere in my rental storage unit, I've got the real thing but despite repeated searches, have not been able to locate the box it's in.)

No help to offer but former BBV employee here - New Orleans area. Our group wore blue polo shirts with yellow printing or light blue oxfords. I wish we'd had the shirt you are hoping to find.

If you can't find one, I'm sure you can find a shirt that's available in both blue and yellow, buy one of each, and then have the collars swapped. A tailor or a handy friend could do it easily.

A real one that was sold here reveals it was made by Hartwell Sports. Walmart sells that brand, so you could definitely find the right "cut" and get a tailor to put yellow cuffs + collar on a blue base.

Alternately, you might be able to search places that sell corporate polos and just order the one you need. There's a million places that you can find by searching "custom polo shirt".

Best answer: Ooh this place lets you design them...with contrasting collars and sleeves! And they do have blue and yellow!

Who else immediately used that site to design the most hideous conceivable polo?

Seriously though that looks like it will work perfectly!

Response by poster: Ended up lucking out and finding an etsy seller who had a vintage Blockbuster polo in my size for cheaper than what I would have paid to have ordered the base shirt done at emjaybee's suggestion and then custom embroidered, but it's still exactly what I was looking for when I asked this question.
