App and/or Website for tracking Vehicles of Interest

Does anyone have a good tool (app or website) that has helped collect and collate data when doing car research?
I am not currently in the market for a new vehicle but I probably will be within the next few years. However I'm also the type of person who likes to plan way out and do tons of research before making a purchase.
I would like to find an app or website (maybe even a website and app that that can share data with each other) where I take all of the advice I see on here and other places online and the interesting vehicles I see in real life and have all of that information in one location. So that way when the time does come to buy I have pretty much already decided what I am going to get.

A Caveat: I am not looking a car buying app. More like the step before that.
