“Winner take all.”

I’m looking for a delightfully preposterous scene from a 1970s or 1980s martial arts movie. Detailed (but almost certainly partially misremembered) recollections within.

I hope that you can help me locate a scene from a martial arts movie. I recall the following details, some of which I’m almost certainly misremembering or embellishing:

- the scene in question is the climactic battle scene of a profoundly weird 1970s or 1980s martial arts movie

- the actors were Japanese and were speaking Japanese, and the audio was voiced over in English

- the scene went something like this:

(Villainous ninja is trapped in a forest by the good guy)
Villain: So. You’re the ninja hunter from the CIA.
Hero: And you’re the rebel who stole the DAK 10 formula.
Villain: (grunts or otherwise articulates some form of grudging assent to this accusation)
Villain flings the stolen formula, which is stored on a videotape or maybe a book(?), into the crook of a nearby tree branch
Villain: We’ll fight for it. Winner take all.

And then they fight.

- I saw this in North Carolina in the early to mid-90s on a VHS cassette.

Any information would be most welcome. Thank you!

Best answer: Sounds like Ninja Hunt. It's got CIA vs. Ninjas and even a DAK10 videotape....

Response by poster: Good heavens, I think that’s it! The “Ninja” headband is also triggering a memory. Thank you.

Response by poster: In case you want to see for yourself, it's the scene at the beginning of this YouTube video:

Ninja Hunt

Thanks again, cgs06!
