Where to find interesting clothing for a 10 year old girl in Tokyo?

It doesn't need to be fancy or expensive, just interesting and stylish. She likes the novelty of clothes from different places and will put an outfit together out of almost anything - cheap graphic T shirts, dresses, fun shorts, rompers, whatever. Any recommendation for individual stores or just areas to walk around in?

Is Harajuku still the fun-fashion land? Lots of stores, plus, you can look at how everyone's wearing it.

I've heard that the Shimokitazawa neighborhood is supposed to be interesting/eclectic/bohemian/"hipster."

Both suggestions above are good (especially Takeshita Dori in Harajuku, but it's usually crowded), but seconding Shimokitazawa. It's fantastically eclectic and I have a soft spot for it. I've also heard interesting things about Urahara, but I've never been there myself.

In Shibuya, near the Scramble (famous huge crosswalk) 109 and all the other zillions of closing stores around there.

Laforet in Harajuku has lolita brands (as in the fashion subculture, not sexual) and some of them sell "cut-sews" and other casual clothing.

(Not that every piece of clothing in the link is appropriate for a 10 year old, it's just intended to show a variety of brands. Stuff like this BTSSB hoodie with teddy bear ears or this other one from Emily Temple Cute is killer)
