Things that come in multiples of 4/8/16 for a 16th Birthday?

KiddoHawk is turning 16 and wifeHawk came up with an idea to make the presents all about the number 16... and I'm out of ideas!
As mentioned above, KiddoHawk is turning 16 and wifeHawk came up with an idea to make the presents all about the number 16.
For example, Madden 16, 16 pens, 16 $1 bills.. that sort of stuff... but that's kinda all we can come up with.
I was hoping the hive mind might be able to help me think of more things that come in multiples of 16 (or 8 or 4) that would be fun..
He's into video games, pop culture, things like that....

If your location is correct/current, you arent that far from PA where i can say based on recent experience you can buy fireworks which frequently come in quantities of 16 reports to a box, and various multiples of the same.

Tennessee was the 16th state... if he has any interest in country/Americana music, the Titans, MoonPies, or Goo Goo Clusters.

SNES Classic? Those games are 16-bit.
It looks like (depending on year and condition) you can get 2 silver Spanish Reales for around $100. Otherwise known as "pieces of 8".

Not 16 items, but you can get an LP or 45 of the Tennessee Ernie Ford song "16 tons" on eBay for less than $10.
Also, 16 fun-size candy bars. (When my son turned 21, I made an extremely inaccurate model of Stonehenge with 21 fun-size Milky Ways. I'd given his sister 21 sweetheart roses, and I knew that wouldn't be his thing, so I had to come up with something else).

15 sucks, 16 rocks!
Put 15 lollipops in a mason jar with 16 bags of pop rocks or rock candy.
You could also say 15 blows, 16 rocks! and use blowpops.

16 is driving age, right? Something to do with helping them getting that? There are 16 cups in a gallon, maybe a riff on that? A coupon for 16 cups a gas, then when asked, explain that that's a gallon and YOU get a car. YOU get a car. YOU get a car. (Or just lessons.)

most grocery/party stores have byo jelly beans. a mix of 16 of their favorite flavors.
16 things you particularly remember them liking as they grew up, for their different ages (when you were one, you were really into x, when you were two, you liked y).

Does KiddoHawk have several favorite sports teams?
A collection of 16 fabric sources (some from the same team) can result in a t-shirt quilt. Make it 4 blocks across by 4 blocks long with a little extra fabric at the top and bottom if a rectangle is preferred. Sashing can also help pull the look together and make each block a standard size.
And don't be fooled -- a t-shirt quilt is not easy. But it can be a memorable keepsake.

A chess board has 8x8 (4x16) squares, and each player has 16 pieces.
An origami hyperbolic parabola is surprisingly easy to fold, and consists of 16 concentric squares.
Rubik's Magic is made of 8 double-sided squares; an infinity cube flexagon is made of 8 cubes.
Can you get After Eights chocolate mints where you are? Missing a trick, they come in boxes of 18 not 16, but the name... you could get two boxes?
