Music video riddle

In the video for Crumb - Locket , behind the stoned guy at 4:26 the letters are rearranging themselves on the poster. I feel like it's an anagram or some riddle. Any ideas?

Looks like 'raga cure trip'. Which is an anagram, although I doubt it has a special meaning.

The guy's tripping and some of the letters briefly end up spelling TRIP right above his head. I'm with pipeski, it's just for effect.

I think it originally says Rupert Garcia.

Well, you could always peruse the following list: Internet Anagram Server and see if anything jumps out at you? There are 12 listed that include the word 'trip' FWIW.

Response by poster: RAGA CURE TRIP

A raga is a rhythmic style of Indian music which you can trance out to. They are all tripping, we saw them put something in the tea, and they put the cat in an EVA suit. There is research into using psychedelics to treat PTSD and other stuff, and that may be the cure idea.

So if there's a message it may be Music + Drugs = Healing. I went to parties like this, adults playing with kids toys, the magic eye puzzles, mixtapes, coloured glasses and playing with the cat is all stuff we did. I can see how that could help people. The war on drugs hit pause on any research into this, let's hope that changes.

I thought there was more to it, mainly because of the guys look of satisfying revelation, and it seems like a missed opportunity there isn't more. I love the song though, Bones is another great track of theirs that is in my playlist.

I'll leave the question open in case someone has something new.
