Find my fruity garnish video please!

I'm looking for a video I thought I bookmarked. It was one of those cooking videos like Tasty or SoYummy puts out. It showed simple-but-genius fancy fruit and veggie carvings. There were apple slices cleverly made into butterflies, and a cucumber sliced and spun into sort of a spiral shape, then skewered with a cherry tomato.

I know. I know. I'm that person. Does this ring a bell for anyone? Google fu is a sad failure, and brings up elaborate apple sculpture. This video seemed very doable.
