Need a physical therapist in ME/NH with experience & expertise in tennis

I'm recovering well from surgery for a disc rupture, and it is finally time to start physical therapy. But rather than go to a generic PT, I need someone who understands the mechanics (specifically the core rotation and movements) of tennis, since getting back to USTA competition is my near-term goal. I'm in Maine, but am willing to travel to Southern NH or even NE-MA/Boston for the right person.
Please note that because this is going to be paid for by my insurance, I only want recommendations for people who are certified, practicing PTs. Absolutely NO chiropractors.
