Where can I get my ebike serviced in NYC?

Where can I get a firmware update/battery reset for my Faraday pedal-assist bike in New York City? There seems to be one dealer that services ebikes but they have a long waiting list for service.

I have a Faraday Cortland ebike that I bought directly from Faraday in November and have ridden maybe two dozen times. The bike will no longer turn on. I called Faraday and evidently the company is going out of business and their solution to problems seems to be "send the bike to San Francisco," which is not feasible for what they suspect is a needed firmware update and/or battery reset, which are pretty minor adjustments.

I am trying to find somewhere in the five boroughs that is familiar with Faraday, has the required cables and software needed to update the firmware, and if that fails, can perform a repair (the battery on Faradays is internal and accessing it involves taking the bike apart). There is a store called Propel Bikes in Brooklyn that has a weekslong waiting list to get an appointment with the mechanic. Can a general "ebike repair shop" handle any ebike? I'm trying to leave behind my obvious concerns about owning something that is not easy to get repaired from a company that allowed me to purchase a bike knowing they were going out of business, and just focus on getting the bike working right now. It's springtime and I'd love to be riding my bike.
