Quality discussions of the Ethics of Rewards?

Asking for my husband: Seeking high-quality media discussions on the topic "The Ethics of Rewards." TED talks, short documentaries, lectures? This would be for a university Philosophy of Ethics course. More salient details inside.

This could possibly also be a fictional story(s) although due to time constraints, a full-length movie won't really work. The focus can be any context (criminal justice, workplace etc) as long as it specifically deals with the ethics of rewarding human behavior (not animal training, to be clear)! An early childhood focus MIGHT be workable, although he would prefer something that is mostly/entirely adult-oriented. Any suggestions will be much appreciated - thank you!!

Alfie Kohn wrote a book called "Punished by Rewards," and is interviewed here. Dan Pink has a great TED Talk called "The Puzzle of Motivation."
