Sites like xovain?

I'm looking for sites that can help to replace xovain in my heart: a focus on beauty products and techniques, with a little snark and an approach that is friendly to those of us who need tutorials aimed at non-beauty professionals. So far I have found Byrdie and HelloGiggles' beauty section, which is where xovain redirects now. I want the focus to be on beauty products as opposed to wellness. Thanks!

They don't do tutorials (yet) but they do reviews and snark at The Trowel, which I enjoy greatly.

I miss xovain soooo much! Into the Gloss is ok, worth a look.
