Summer Workshops in Europe

I’m looking for a week-long educational course in Europe this July. Similar to this ask from a few years ago, I’d like to find a place to work on/learn a craft (embroidery, textile dyeing, woodwork, paper, bookmaking, weaving, beadwork, etc.).

Open to workshops in Europe or Turkey, etc. Can be in a formal school setting or informally with a local craftsperson.

Glasgow School of Art does week-long courses as part of their Open School - most in July but the odd one in June. There are some really cool sounding ones like Crafting in Textiles, printmaking etc.

It's 9 days, not 7, but how about a class in baking original Neapolitan pizza?
