Funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting

I have looked through the 2020 budget from President Trump trying to find information on funding for CPB. Neither the Departments of HHS, Labor, and Education; the agencies on the sub committee from which CPB funding comes, make mention of support for the agency that supports NPR and PBS.

Perhaps that specific information is in the budget breakdown but I can't find it on the house.budget.gov website as of yet. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. But in past years, defunding CPB seemed to be something the administration wanted to highlight. This year, it seems not so much.

Also, budget.house.gov belongs to the Democratic majority on the House Budget Committee. Here's the Administration's budget blueprint.

"The CPB would receive $30 million, down from $465 million..." (Worth noting that similar cuts were proposed by the Trump administration for the 2018 and 2019 budgets, and both times Congress restored it to approximately its previous level.)
