My boss wants a new sleek/fancy monitor/computer for our office front desk, with none of the unsightly cabling that our normal workstations have. Clients won't see the front of the monitor, but they will see the back. What monitors have the sexiest backs? [Snowflakes inside]

The boss doesn't like Apple, so the obvious answer is out.

I think this could be an all-in-one, or a monitor linked to a disguised/hidden computer, but I haven't looked at all-in-ones in years and don't know the market.

The computer will be used for basic administrative work and also will double as a video conferencing station for 2-4 people, so anything with a nice webcam would be a boon. It'll also need to be pretty big so the video conferencers can see the screen from a few feet away-- I'm thinking ideally 28-32" depending on pricing.

No budget was given, but I'm hoping to give the boss a couple options at different price points.

What say you MeFis? How would you spend the boss's money? Thank you!

If you can find it: Samsung Series 9, or AOS PD271

Someone else's money you say? Something impressive? How about the Surface Studio that will cost you three and half thousand in US currency?

A similar design with the cables coming out of a base but with a black back is the flat version of HP EliteOne 1000 and reviewed here.

The HP system zenon mentions looks like a good option. I have a fairly inexpensive HP monitor at work and it is one of the sleeker, minimal, and nice looking ones, aesthetics wise, that I've ever had.

This Acer XR382CQK monitor (designed for gaming) is pretty spiffy looking and seems like it would be ok in an office setting.

How about a Dell U series ultrawide?

So my dentist just moved into a new office where everything is fancy and white and super clean and minimalist. They have all these Dell all in one computers and they look very nice:
