Cheaper alternatives to this specific towel bar?

I found a towel bar that matches the towel bar on our shower glass exactly...but it's $358. Is there a way I can find out if there's another cheaper towel bar option that looks just like this one?
I've found others that are close enough to work, but I thought I'd see if you all know how I could find the same design elsewhere. Key features are the round tube with squared corners, brushed nickel, and (preferably) no visible mounting plate.

The ones in the previous link are designed to mount through a glass shower door. I can't quite envision how you'd mount them to drywall, when you can only access one side.
To be honest, I can't figure out how the Rohl towel bar you like mounts to the wall. You can't screw both ends in if it's all one piece... I found this diagram, and it looks like it includes some sort of anchor mounting hardware, but I'm not sure what actually holds the towel bar to the wall. Does it snap in somehow? If you can figure that out, you can probably use the same technique to mount the CRL towel bar above, you just may need to find your own mounting hardware.

To be honest, I can't figure out how the Rohl towel bar you like mounts to the wall. You can't screw both ends in if it's all one piece... To be honest, I can't figure out how the Rohl towel bar you like mounts to the wall.
It will come with brackets that you screw into the wall and then it will snap into the brackets, covering them. That's how most wall-mounted stuff hides its hardware, anyway. The Rohl bar might be slightly more complex than usual because it will need to have rather small brackets that might require a fancier design in order to be sturdy. That might be where part of the price comes from, although frankly, speaking as someone who used to price and order this stuff all the damn time, bathroom fixture prices are basically random.
