I love watching time move fast! I tend to like more people-based videos - shots of people every day getting older, people refurbishing old houses/antiques, neighborhoods changing over time, etc. But if you know any super cool nature ones, then I'm up for watching those, too!

The USS Constitution went into drydock in May, 2015. She left drydock in July, 2017. (Scroll down a bit to get to the cool vids.) I was there! :)

SELF PROMOTION
I create daily time-lapses of my view here on our farm in Vermont by stitching together thousands of images each day. I provide a 24-hour version and a daylight-only (sunrise-to-sunset based on my location) one each day.

Some days are more interesting than others.

If you are interested in the geeky details of how I built it, check this link.

The film Koyaanisqatsi has some indelible scenes of time lapse photography. Its cinematographer, Ron Fricke, went on to make Baraka and Samsara, which have increasing amounts of it.

This time lapse of years of work on a new tunnel for SR 99 in Seattle unintentionally captured a bunch of skyscrapers going up in the north end of town in the background.
