Endoscopy in cats - what to expect afterwards

My cat had an endoscopic biopsy yesterday in the upper GI tract - I was under the impression she would be close to her usual self today. She’s not but she is also not so bad as to be showing any of the signs I was told to watch out for. I’m looking for some real life experiences (from vets or pet owners) of how things went for you.
My cat, Casper, wasn’t in awesome shape before the endoscopy (hence the biopsy) but she was eating okay and moving around without any indication of pain. When we brought her home last night she was a bit woozy or stoned. My husband said she was okay but lazy today, but tonight she’s barely eating or drinking and moves a bit gingerly. Her behaviour is consistent with being in discomfort but isn’t doing anything that makes me think she’s in a lot of pain. She’s lying on the couch beside me, and isn’t at all antisocial or actively hiding (her MO typically).
Google says the only side effects are related to anaesthesia for pets, but people-focused sites list sore throats as an issue so I’m not sure why cats would be exempt from that.
Have you gone through this or done this procedure (YANMV, I know)? I’m just trying to figure out if this is a ‘wait and see’ or ‘call the vet’? Casper has had a lot of vet visits in the last couple weeks and I’d rather not stress her out with another one if I don’t have to.
