How to display/frame a Medicaid ID? (inspiration piece, out of poverty)

Hello, A family member, a well-respected doctor, gave me their former Medicaid ID, as a form of inspiration and encouragement. I would like to frame/display the card on my desk at work. Any creative ideas? Maybe framing it with a quote underneath? I imagine Pinterest might have some neat ideas, but I would not know where to start with a search. Thank you!
