Egg white protein powder: recommendations for samples

As a whey-hater, and a vegan-plant-protein-hater, I'm anxious to try egg-based protein powder. But I don't want to buy a giant canister for $40. I want to buy a small canister for $10 or so. a) Am I likely to like it ok, and b) any sources for small sample type containers?

Bodybuilding.com frequently sells sample sizes of protein powders. If they don't have one listed on their store, you can try emailing them -- they've been known to respond to such requests.

Do you live near a Trader Joe's? They have egg white protein powder. I don't remember how much it costs ($14 or so?) but it is a relatively small canister.

I've gone to GNC where they were giving out samples of new flavors. If you happen to be near one, you may be able to ask someone there about having them make you a sample to taste. The worst that will happen is that they say no.

Not to abuse the edit window: not sure GNC sells egg white protein powder. Couldn't find any on their website.
