Looking for a recent urban fantasy short story collection.

Within the last couple of months I read a review of a collection that included a story of this woman who's gramma(?) had a suitcase(?) that she claimed had a fairy kingdom in it. I read some summaries of other stories in the book but other than thinking "that sounds great" I can't remember any details, though I am pretty sure the author was a woman. Any leads? Thanks!
