Help me identify a song I heard.

I heard a song playing in a public place recently but haven't been able to track down what it was (it was noisy so I couldn't look it up with shazam). It had a female singer, I would say post-2010 soft poppy music, I'm relatively certain at one point the lyrics went: "call me from the station, leave your name and message". Googling is failing me miserably. Any ideas?

Can you hum it? Soundhound can work with hummed tunes.

Dang Jenny, how'd you do that?

I'm a librarian; searching for things is what I do! But this was easy. Just did a search for "from the station, leave your name and message lyrics", and it was the second result. Checked for the song on YT to verify.

Response by poster: Brilliant jenny thanks! I had tried the same on google myself but was let down by trying for the exact phrases "Call me from the station" (it's actually "Calling from the station") and "leave your name and message" (should be "leaving you a message"). Goes to show I should try to be less exact when searching!

You're welcome! Yeah, I've learned that it's sometimes better to do a broader search, rather than narrowing it down to an exact phrase. A little counter-intuitive, but will often return better results!

Librarians are the best. That's why I married one! Well done, jenny!
