Where are federal charges against a person listed online?

Our neighbor was raided by FBI and IRS agents this week. Is there anywhere online where I can find federal charges listed by a person's name?

Assuming an actual arrest, you can check PACER for the federal district court where he was arrested (usually) for a charging instrument of some kind (complaint, indictment, information). There's some possibility that it may still be partially sealed, or that for some other weird reason it isn't up yet, though.
