Help my Yelp on Apple Watch

Yelp app on Apple Watch 4 shows me nearby businesses but no star ratings or reviews.
In the Apple App Store, the iOS Yelp app shows many screens of Apple Watch info, with star ratings and mini-reviews. On my Apple Watch 4, I get the restaurant name, number of reviews, distance, hours and a map, but no star ratings and no reviews. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my watch., uninstalled and reinstalled Yelp on my iPhone, and rebooted both devices. I've tried scrolling and hard-pressing when the app is open.
Yelp has no way to contact support by email, and their support section online has nothing that helps with this problem. Apple says it's the developer's problem.
Am I missing a trick here? What do I need to do to see the full range of information in the Yelp app on my Apple Watch?

Reddit has highly active subreddits for /r/Yelp
and /r/AppleWatch , they may well help you get what you want if you don’t get it worked out here.

It's not you; I see the same thing. It's just not there, and I would conclude that the Yelp app, like most third-party Apple Watch apps, isn't great.
I don't think there's any trick besides getting Yelp to fix it. You could complain on social media or dig around for an email contact at the company and hope they forward it in the direction of the right people.

Response by poster: I've posted my question in /r/AppleWatch and /r/Yelp, as well as sending a Twitter DM to Yelp. I'll report back if I get any answers. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
