iTunes, iCloud payment problem

My wife has had an Apple account for many years. Within the last year, she has added the 0.99 monthly iCloud service. She recently changed her credit card/payment method without a hitch. However, her .99 iCloud service continues to be billed to the old credit card. How can she fix this?

How did she change her payment info? How long has it been since she changed it?

Response by poster: She changed it around six months ago in Settings-->Accounts-->Payment.

All Apple services except for iCloud have no problem with the new card, but iCloud insists on being auto-billed to the old one.
