Storytelling activities for career discernment/ job search?

I'm looking for some engaging career discernment and job search activities for a largeish group. The famous What Color Is Your Parachute? has some nice individual worksheets that draw on personal storytelling for career insight/ interview prep, but it's hard to see how those would translate to a larger in-person workshop environment. Has anyone participated in a story-based career exercise of any sort? If so, how did it work?

Alternatively, if there are actual books or resources that cover the basics of running these types of activity, I'd love references. Thanks, MeFi!

I'm a career counselor in private practice who also runs career workshops for adolescents and young adults. Can you MeMail me so I can understand a little more about what you're looking for?

This seems like the niche-est of niche questions, and I may have some answers if I can understand a little more about this.
