I'm obsessed with Hounds of Love by Kate Bush (the song, not the album) (the album too tbh). The sentiment behind the lyrics really speaks to me. What other songs are there about how scary it can be to fall in love?

Please Don't Touch is a good one of these "I have nerves because I'm so into you" way. It's more a sex song than a love song but I like the energy of it.
Four Blue Walls by the Mammals is also a version of how hard it can be to let someone in after you've been hurt

“Absolutely Cuckoo” by the Magnetic Fields
Also by them, “Papa was a Rodeo” kind of fits

I LOVE "Hounds of Love"! A song that gives me something of a similar feeling is Mitski's "First Love/Late Spring":
so please, hurry, leave me
I can't breathe
please don't say you love me

one word from you and I would
jump off of this ledge I'm on, baby

tell me "don't,"
so I can crawl back in
That line in Japanese apparently means something like "my chest is going to burst".

Tonight I went running through the screen doors of discretion
After waking up from a nightmare that I could not bear to see
You were out wandering out on the hills of Iowa
And you were not thinking of me

Ani DiFranco, "Untouchable Face":

I see you and I'm so perplexed:
What was I thinking?
What will I think of next?
Where can I hide?

Eurythmics, "Love is a Stranger":

Love in a stranger in an open car
To tempt you in and drive you far away...
Love is a danger of a different kind
To take you away and leave you far behind

"Ring of Fire" written by June Carter Cash and Merle Kilgore and famously recorded by Johnny Cash is a wrenching and impressionistic take on this phenomenon.

Strung Out by Wendy & Lisa

Watching my hands shake
I look up at you with a smile
Shy is what I am with you
I'm scared of how much I love you
And all I can do is pray
That you won't run the other way
