I'm looking for webpages from the dawn of the World Wide Web (i.e. 1991-1998) which compile lists of URLs, mailing list addresses, newsgroups, etc., still standing and not updated for over 20 years, such as Mike's List.

I think Cracked has covered this a few times, including here.

Mine are still up ^_^ Last updated roundabouts 1997 IIRC. I kept them untouched for memory's sake.

Does textfiles.com scratch any of that itch?

James "Kibo" Parry hasn't updated the copyright notice, at least, of his website since 1997. He's a bona fide Net.Legend of USENET, and was both a subscriber to and employee of world.std.com, aka The World, the first public ISP. (STD stands for "Software Tool & Die," not that other thing you were thinking of. You were thinking of the road spikes thing, right?)

I clicked through a few links and it's not 100%, but a few pages are working.

My own Skid Mark on the Information Highway, from 1998, is just the list of URLs I'd visit then.
