What are the two fonts on the Dixon Ticonderoga pencil?

Pretty much just what the title asks. Here's an image of a yellow Ticonderoga pencil with the words embossed in green foil. What two fonts are those?

So I am going with Ye Olde Hand Drawn but based on Caslon Italic with a swash cap T but something hinky is happening with the italic A (the roman A has the slight bowl in the serif at the top) and the R has been modified.

The "DIXON" font has changed over time though.

"DIXON" looks like Futura to me.
