Feets, They're Failing Me Now

Please give me your recommendations for the best electric foot bath/spa for at home use.
Needs:
-heat (at least the ability to maintain temperature)
-handle or good handholds for easy moving/dumping
-available on Amazon/online as this is a gift that needs to be shipped
-cost under $100
Would be nices:
-vibration and/or jets
-not VERY loud
-cost under $70
There are so many options and reviews are all over the place. Personal experience preferred. Thanks!
